Ailsa will show you how to make delicious Pan Asian Canapes & Curries; Seasonal Super Salads; Middle Eastern Mezze; Plant- based Speedy Supper Dishes. Lunch always follows every workshop so you can enjoy all that you made.
Would you like Ailsa to tailor a Workshop especially for you and your friends?

Together you will create an array of easy to prepare dishes, that will encourage you to cook more instinctively, & without rigid recipes​.
All workshops take place in London, W10. Each session comprises of a 2.5 hour
cookery lesson with Ailsa, followed by lunch.

Learn how to make a Turkish Mezze & create a healthy meal, using lots of different spices: Adana Lamb; Preserved Lemon Fishcakes; Shepherd's Salad; Muhammarah; Baba Ganoush; Courgette & Feta Fritters; Pinto Beans; Cheese & Spring Onion Boreks; Pickled Red Onion

PLANT BASED SPEEDY SUPPER WORKSHOP
Learn how to make substantial, nutritious, plant-based supper dishes, concentrating on time saving tricks.

Learn how to incorporate more vegetables, pulses & grains into our diet, and that dishes can be created instinctively & without a rigid recipe.
Together we will build a diverse array of dishes from a ‘toolbox’ of pre-prepared home-made components.

Ailsa shows how to make a ’tool box ‘ of components of roasted & chargrilled veg, pulses, grains, spice mixes & dressings, to assemble into various salad dishes. It is all vegetarian

PAN ASIAN CANAPES AND CURRIES
Enjoy learning how to make a range of Asian inspired canapés; sambols; chutney; dal; Indian, Thai & Malaysian chicken/veggie curries.
Perfect for a formal dinner party, and yet simple enough to cook for a midweek supper, and can be prepared in advance.
