About Ailsa
In 1991, Ailsa founded Creative Cuisine after completing her training at The Leith's School of Food & Wine and launching through the Enterprise Allowance Scheme. With a core focus on healthy, colourful, and nutritious dishes, Creative Cuisine emphasises seasonal ingredients and a commitment to zero-waste practises. We cater for private events and businesses, and have recently expanded to offer energising, health-focused staff lunches that bring teams together.
Post-lockdown, we introduced "Friend's for Supper", a relaxed dining service featuring seasonal menus delivered in eclectic dishes for clients to heat and serve, perfect for casual gatherings. Additionally, we continue to cater for a wide range of events including: charity functions, canapé parties, dinners and milestone celebrations such as birthdays and christenings. Our expertise and dedication ensure that every occasion is not only delicious but also environmentally responsible.
